Cancellation and Peak Period Policies

In order to accommodate our guests during peak periods and to reduce the number of last minute cancellations, we require a 2 night deposit for any stays that include peak period days. Deposits will be applied to your invoice for the corresponding stay. Deposits are refundable or transferable with a 7 day advance notice. Any cancellation of boarding within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date is subject to the forfeiture of your deposit or a two night cancellation fee if no deposit was taken.

We do not require deposits for off peak stays, but do require 72 hours notice for changes during these times. Cancellations without proper advance notice will result in a 1 night cancellation fee.

We will charge you for the full scheduled boarding for any last minute (less than 24 hours notice) cancellations or "no shows".

• Easter Weekend
• Memorial Day
• Summer Months (July/August)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Years Day
